The term "fanfiction" means that it's a story written by fans of a particular media (movies, shows, books, comics, etc), using the characters in different situations and places. Let's say, a person writes a story about Sakura and Syaoran from Cardcaptor Sakura that has a completely different plot from the series these characters are in. That is fanfiction.

This fanlisting is for the fans who either read and/or write fanfics based on Sakura and Syaoran's relationship.
