What is a Fanlisting?A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. About SpanglishIn a nutshell, Spanglish = Spanish + English! Get it? Technically speaking, Spanglish is a name referring to a combination of English and Spanish words and/or phrases which become part of speech. It's very common in large bilingual communities, such as New York City, Miami, and other places. The word "Spanglish" was coined by Salvador Tio, who also made up the word "Inglañol". Nowadays, Spanglish is fairly popular and is used over the media, such as in music (reggaeton genre), shows (Dora the Explorer), movies (Spanglish), etc. |
