** You must be a fan of Ouka! Or if you like/love her, that's fine, too.
** You must include your name (or nickname), country, and a working/valid e-mail address.
** When typing your name/nickname, please make sure it's not in sticky caps (LiKe ThIs!!11) or having any weird symbols or numbers. (EX: seXXyCHIk999, ~*~Bibi~*~, etc.) It's tacky, and it will be edited if you break this rule!
** If you have a website, please make sure it doesn't have any porn/hentai, racist stuff, hate, anything homophobic, etc. Basically, any website that's offensive will not be listed!
** Please put the code up before you join and make sure you link it to this site, or else your site will not be listed. I will check!
** If you're using a code to your site, please upload it to your server so you won't use up my host's bandwidth. Do NOT direct-link! Oh, and make sure I can see the code somewhere at your site.
